We regularly give talks to commercial clients, and lawyers, on a range of legal subjects.
The range of legal subjects we cover include:
- drafting and interpreting contracts,
- intellectual property,
- technology transfer, and
- specific types of agreement and clauses, including boilerplate clauses.
These talks have a practical focus.
Some are based on PowerPoint presentations and include practical exercises. Others consist simply of going through an agreement clause-by-clause to discuss the issues that typically arise. Talks are tailored to the level of commercial or legal experience of the participants, and are often given to non-lawyers.

We would be happy to discuss giving a talk to your organisation at your premises. Charges are based on our hourly rates, including preparation time. For some of our standard talks, which we have given many times before, very little preparation time is required.
