Advice in relation to commercial and
scientific activities
We advise clients who are at different stages of development,
from well-established private and public companies and universities, to
start-up companies and individuals seeking to establish a business or
research venture.
Much of our work is concerned with drafting, negotiating
and advising on agreements, although we also advise in relation to certain
types of dispute and give more general, commercially-focussed legal advice.

agreement. The following paragraphs give an overview of some of the
commercial activities on which we typically provide legal advice.
Typical areas of work and advice might include:
- Drafting and negotiating R&D agreements, IP
