We are a niche firm of English solicitors (lawyers) who specialise in intellectual property and technology transfer. We also have a general commercial law practice. Most of our work is advice on, drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, although we also conduct some litigation.
Most of our clients are technology-based companies, universities or individual scientists, or companies that make use of intellectual property or technology.
We also advise a number of commercial clients who have no particular interests in technology but like our personal service and the broad experience of commercial law and business practice that we bring to their transactions and legal problems.
